The CostGard™
Condensate Drain Seal is available in two basic models: Model 1525
and Model CXXXX. Model 1525 is in production. Model CXXXX is a custom-built
model, designed to match customers requirements, which cannot be met with
the production model.

Model 1525 – Up to
30 Tons Capacity
The production model, Model 1525, of the CostGard™
Condensate Drain Seal is applicable to draw-through HVAC systems
with cooling capacities up to 30 tons, and with a pressure in the drain
pan to a negative 1.5 inches of water column (in. wc.). It is constructed of a special
polyvinyl chloride (PVC) called "GEON," developed by B.F.
Goodrich to resist deterioration in sunlight.

CUSTOM-BUILT
MODELS
MODEL CXXXX – UP TO 100 TONS
CAPACITY
The Model CXXXX of the CostGard™
Condensate Drain Seal is custom-built to match customer’s
requirements. It is applicable to draw-through HVAC systems with cooling
capacities up to 100 tons. This model will operate with internal negative
pressures to 5 inches of water column (in. wc.).
