Like Model 1525, the device consists of three parts, identified
in Figure 2 as Parts A, B, and C. These parts provide versatility in
installation. For example, by rotating Part C in Part A, the discharge port
Part B can be pointed in the desired direction. Part B can be rotated up to
60 degrees to allow piping alignment. |

The
dimensions and characteristics of some custom-built models are listed in the
Table below. Each model, applicable to any size draw-through HVAC system up
to 100 tons cooling capacity, is constructed to meet the operating pressures
required by the customer. The CostGard™
Condensate Drain Seal shown in the SCHEMATIC DRAWING above has a 1-1/2” drain
however; the custom built device can be made to accommodate condensate drain
pan connections from 1 to 2 inches in diameter. General installation
instructions and special considerations applicable to custom-built models are
provided with each model shipped.
